Long Calls day

Had a quite morning with a longer lie before getting to my desk.

Then I had a catch up and photo pick date with Lina and it was delightful!!
She is so amazing and I loved that she explained to me that I was giving her green (Heart) energy.
This felt very beautiful.

The call was also very long and I was only done by 7 pm.
Neil and I walked down to St. Lucia and had a cocktail at Hinba before having a lovely Italian dinner with wine.
