After all the excitement and the late night I made sure of a lie-in and laze around the pool for the day. I have my book to read, ‘Eleven Minutes’ by Paolo Coelho, so plenty to do. The boys were splashing around, playing with the croc and there was a bit of handball too – the most energetic thing I did today was fetch the ball from the undergrowth, and yes they do sting a bit. Another family and friends gathering for an evening meal, this time K2 and R did the honours – I could get used to this, it’s been over a week since I did any cooking. Surprising how quickly the time is passing – we’re planning on some sightseeing tomorrow and Tuesday and then it’ll be time to move on. Seems like only yesterday we were arriving.
