Natural Lake

This is on a farm situated in Rich Hill, 2 hours south of Kansas City, Missouri. The area was a strip mine for coal, but it hit a natural spring and filled with water. That was the end of the mining.

I was invited to the farm for a church picnic lunch and service by the friends I am staying with.  The lake is used by the resident family for fishing and swimming.
