Last rose of summer

This rose bush was a gift from M's brother earlier this year for our Golden Wedding.



It bloomed magnificently throughout the summer until a week ago when a deer sneaked in and ate all the remaining roses except this one.
 
So this container rose was   promptly  moved into the patio.
 
So far no deer has ventured in.
