Derwent Flock

Debs got a friend from Lancashire staying with us for a couple of nights. After she arrived we took a walk down to the edge of the lake before dropping in one of our favourite hostelries in Keswick for a meal and a few beers.

This rather lovely flock of young Herdwicks had gathered by Friars Crag - obviously just as surprised as the rest of us as to how low the water was.
