Dahlia Double Exposure

The relief at having my ear wax micro-suctioned this morning was enormous. Suddenly my own voice sounded clear instead of echoing round my head. Apparently, (hope this isn't too much info) my skin inside my ear was shedding and formed a coating round the wax so the oil I was putting in for 10 days was not penetrating the wax and allowing it to leave the very small opening I have in that ear. 
My clinician and I have agreed that 6 monthly checkups are required to make sure this doesn't cause me a problem again (as well as the weekly oil I put in my ear). 
I went out into the garden to listen to the birds and the bees and this double dahlia shot expresses my delight!
