Swan on the loch

It was really quite warm this morning but I think it's all change later in the week.

The cygnet and one parent were bottoms up at the car park end of the Heritage Park loch leaving the other parent to indulge in a spot of preening in the shallow water near the slipway.

If the two adult swans are together I can spot which is the male and which the female but when there is only one it just has to be called a swan!
