Newlands Valley

Sorry for the late Blip but I've just returned from camera club.  This was taken today.  I returned this afternoon as some of the photos I took yesterday didn't work out right.  I was working on getting a photo that was sharp in both foreground and background.  This shot leads you down the valley with Blencathra in the background on the left.  The road to Newlands was closed at Portinscale so a detour was needed where pheasants filled the road.  Photos taken and back over Newlands Pass and home via Cockermouth.
By the way I got second for my photo called Haig Ghosts.
