Thwarted by cows.

This is the second time I have had to turn back on this route. The cows congregate around the gate and I don’t feel comfortable entering the field.

A stressy morning. Work is busy and emotions running high. I was keen to get out for a walk, but I always am.

Bell ringing this evening. I think I am improving.
