Honeysuckle berries

I felt well enough to go to Hexham for food shopping this morning. A trip to Aldi followed by a quicker trip to Tesco, which is conveniently next door.

I called to see Margret before lunch. Coffee and a lively chat ensued.

This afternoon, I had a nap, then continued knitting the sleeveless pullover. I’m still not sure if it is OK but I have picked up and knitted the rib around the neck.

I then started a Christmas baby hat with some “double knitting” yarn I bought for the purpose. It’s more like 4 ply. Hmm.

The honeysuckle is in Margret’s garden. The one in my garden has both flowers and berries at the moment.

Autumn is definitely here.
