Fire D16

Fire TT .  The railway that I volunteer at would be nothing without fire. Today we had a tour party from Australia and i was down there to serve lunch. Always a pleasant task and not too arduous with a helper.
Nothing tiny about the fire as we burn a lot of wood in a day just to get it fired up
Tonight I went around to my neighbours (the paraplegic one) and cooked the evening meal. My son had given me whitebait which I cooked in straight egg and butter and made a green salad to go with it. Yvonne had a shrimp starter ready and had made a pavlova for dessert. Along with a nice wine it was such a pleasant evening and the food was delicious
