Yummy!

I had a great pool swim this morning, then knowing it was going to rain later (although not much) I decided to make a big batch of Lasagna’s I’ve made 5 - 1 for tea tonight and 4 for the freezer. I’m trying to get ahead - so I can bake other things as the time gets closer to December ;0)
I’ve put grated courgettes and mushrooms into the mix today for a bit of extra texture. So, very busy day really, but lovely too. Relax later.
