He sat cawing a while and flapping his wings so I felt obliged to capture his efforts...no one else was listening.

I had a sports massage this afternoon... Third one so far in an attempt to release my shoulders. It was mostly painful but also quite blissful.

One day my shoulders will relax... And then my neck.
