Whew! Wot a scorcher!

Thirty plus all day. I couldn't move never mind cut the crass although we did manage to make some rather fine sourdough courtesy of that domestic god Hugh.

We've now got a 'starter' which is available for gifting to friends, chums as well as making an appearance at birthdays , barmitzvahs and Master Bakers conventions.
