Feisty sea

The sea was a bit feisty this morning so we mostly jumped over or dived under the waves and only did a little bit of actual swimming.
My mental health first aid course was cancelled so I got a while meeting free day to get my head into module design stuff which was really useful. Think I’m making progress.
