A few last blackberries

I decided to take advantage of some sunshine to take some flowers to my sister’s memorial plot today. It would have been her 64th birthday on 10 October.

There was a burial ceremony going on so I walked the long way round to avoid disturbing anyone. I decided to plant an aster in that it might last for a time before winter and the deer get to it.

The journey home was horrible in the pouring rain!
