Swimming Hazzards

Tess has been swimming in rivers a lot recently up Deeside thanks to this amazing weather, but today her bad parents finally came good and relented to being seen in swimwear in public (the horror, the horror) and took Tess and her brother to the Beach Leisure Centre. We (the bad parents) enjoyed it far more than we thought we would, flumes, wave machines, rapids ........and most importantly, no suspicious floaters ( we are still haunted by the memory of the day of the unclaimed disintegrating floater in the baby pool, that no end of lifeguard netting could undo, Abandon Ship!, Abandon Ship!).

Off to Dave's Sister Carolyn's house for BBQ in the afternoon, lovely food and keeping a dynamo wee girl called Holly amused meant Tess was cream crackered. Sam just enjoyed hanging out with his cousin Harry, playing water guns and water balloons.
