Trentham 10 mile race this morning.
Well I say Trentham, it was more Tittensor really if you know the area. And if you know the area then you'll know it's bloody hilly! And when I say hilly it was hilly on two laps. Good to see a few of the Harriers out for this one too.
Saying that, it was a good race and I was chuffed with my time under 70minutes, helped by the downhill finish here.

When I got back I had man-stuff to do in putting a bookcase together!
Then as a reward Laura treated me to a meal out so it's turned out to be a pretty good day in the end.
