Spent the morning swapping mum's very old iPhone for my old one since I got a new one this week. The apple and iTunes part was fine. Swapping the sim was not, and we had to go to the o2 shop in the end to get it sorted. The lady in the shop was the same one that sold me my phone, and was really helpful. So helpful, that Tony ended up getting a new phone too!
