Crimson Glory
This morning we took the spaniel to Croft Castle for a walk. It seems to have become a regular weekly thing for us. Today's highlight was seeing the enormous Crimson Glory vine (Vitis coignetiae) in the walled garden, the colours enhanced by the steady rainfall. I couldn't find a vantage point to photograph the whole vine, which is probably at least 30 metres long, so my blip is a view through some trees in the historic orchard.
