The weekends visit to Malmo

So aswell as doing an overseas parkrun, I had ulterior motives for going.

Caught up with a friend for my first ( ?? ) tattoo. 

As I'm now 50, it's probably a mid life crisis thing.

Anyway it's an eternal heart thingymajig.
