Rock pools

with lovely sand patterns, and glistening rocks.

We dragged ourselves away from the beach to have lunch with our new neighbours in a farm shop and restaurant that they thought we should discover - huge portions of local produce!  And we filled our car boot with tempting food to bring home.

The farm was near St Ives so we drove in to the main car park and then caught the shuttle bus down to look at the current exhibition in the New Craftsman Gallery, which is also very tempting.  On the way we passed a shop that sells mid-20th century furniture and they had a nest of side tables that was just what we have been looking for.  So we were walking round St Ives with 3 tables under our arms.  I asked the bus driver for tickets for 2 adults and 3 tables and luckily he thought we were mad and let us onto the bus back to the car park!
