Train Window Picture

A picture from the train window along the lovely Scottish coast before Berwick on Tweed. The sea was very rough and it rained most of the entire journey.

A long LNER train journey starting at Inverness at 7.55am.
Due to a fire next to the track near Stevenage which burned several signals we had to leave the train at Doncaster and catch a Trans-pennine train to Sheffield. At Sheffield we had to catch a Midland train to St Pancras. Finally home at 8.30pm. I have learned a lot about our train system.
I have had a lovely break in the Scottish Highland area :-))
