Recent

The theme today is modern/recent. Well, this house was built recently, finished last year. So 'recent' fits.
But modern? I think this house just boring, in no way nice or beautiful. And the only thing obviously modern is the heat pump (visible at the other side of the house).
Perhaps the windows are three panes insulated, and they have solar panels on the roof.
But apart from that? This is the south-side, so sun-facing, of the house, and yet small windows. And no creativity...
