Longevity

Our East Coast road trip took us to New York City today - Times Square to be precise. At dinner we were served by the amazing Patti who, at 81 yrs, confounds expectations for retirement. The secret to her longevity, she claims, is walking up the three flights to her apartment several times a day, owning a PitBull, plenty of physical loving, eating fish and plenty of laughter.
