Inverleith pond

Out in the morning to fetch Italian olive oil and sourdough bread, after a morning video meeting.  Much colder than yesterday, ENE wind and overcast. 

Afternoon walk by the pond; the tufted ducks are back; not all of them, but at least 4, maybe one or two more (poor light, dark ducks, they weren't diving). At least one goosander too, which we don't usually see there. Two swans. 
We were earlier than usual, and the Milk tea stand was open, so we sheltered in the sundial garden with tea.  The Rocheid path by the Water of Leith has got muddy with wet and leaves; the river is up too.
