Vin de miel

I bought this at Intermiel a few weeks ago. Intermiel is a place outside of Montreal where honey and a variety of other honey products (including milk chocolate honey ganache) are made.

At the end of the tour we got to taste a pile of wines. This was one of them.

A 16% alc/vol honey mead that reminds me of Port. It's yummy.

Their Verge d'or (golden rod) wine is also quite lovely. That bottle is now empty.
