BCAM2024 Day 10

Five years ago today, I was told I had breast cancer! It’s been quite the journey, and I can honestly say that it’s been quite hard. My body (thanks to tamoxifen) has just not been the same. And after my latest appointment with the oncologist, I have to continue treatment for another two years, albeit it at a lower dose, thank goodness.

But I am cancer free and loving life; each day is to be lived, enjoyed and treasured, and God honouring!

Can I encourage you please to keep checking regularly as early detection is your best chance at fighting breast cancer, one of the most curable cancers there is.
