Crimson bottlebrush

I spotted this plant which looks quite unusual. I could only identify it using Google. In the morning I made bread why listening to the cricket and then went to the chemist to order a support for my elbow. I have been resting it for a few days, but it seems no better. I am playing this afternoon but nothing too strenuous so I will see how I get on.
