Walk

Wee walk round the community park looking at the leaves catching the chilly sun.

Feeling sore this afternoon so going to rest after meds.

Spoke to Dr M this morning to catch up & still waiting for results to come thru before can move forward.

Reminded to not push it too much & rest when need to. Took 2 - 3 months before to get back to some sort of 'normal me' last time but this time has other things going on too & will take longer to be a 'new version of me!'

Added a wee video of Streetreads which is a charity I helped a tiny bit years ago, has expanded to more permanent home in town centre & offering support, books, events for those homeless, in temporary accommodation & recently housed.
