Happy Hens

So, back in France since Monday, and I don’t know where the time has gone. I’ve been shopping, walked Elvis, done lots of paperwork and cleaning, and given a friend a lift to the MRI place this week, and still on the ‘to do’ list is to bring some logs in.
Anyway, today went to a new worldwide cookery class in Saintes as they were making Spring Rolls, and after we’d had a very nice lunch (of spring rolls-the uncooked rice wrap kind) I brought the leftover noodles, lettuce, prawn shells and heads home for the hens. They were very happy!
