A little bit of colour

A good nights sleep! Yeah! Decided to indulge it rather than leap up for the early walk. 
After a chilly start the sun created a lovely autumnal morning.

Did some cleaning - Paula J’s yesterday blip influence maybe - and then decided I would take myself off to Saltaire. No!
Perhaps not surprisingly having been away much of September the car wouldn’t start.
Chris was doing his monthly luncheon club, he’s officially no longer leading a team just helping out but yesterday he got less than 24 hours notice to take over.
So I just walked on to Woodbank garden centre for a coffee.

This picture is taken opposite showing some developing colour in the St Ives woods above the football field. It is in the outskirts of the village next to the Cricket ground. The majority of the bank of trees there are still green but I liked these little spots of colour developing. I also passed a good clump of fungi under the wall of the pony field - extra

When Chris got home he got the car jump started, just need to make sure I/we use it more! 
They had 17 paying customers  at luncheon club which is 10 more than it was down to before the summer and where it started at the beginning of September so that’s a good development.
