Golden Hour.

I was out early to see what I could see.  Today has been wall to wall sunshine.  This is a view from Quarry Hill looking over to Grasmoor with its distinctive triangular peak.  The sun is just about peeking over the Fell, but would have been to bright so the cloud  hid that brightness.  The extra is one I took of Derwentwater later in the morning, about 8.30.  This Derwentwater photo was taken from Strandshag Bay.  Although the water is low at the moment after storms that level rises and soil under trees gets eroded.
