Elie Harbour

With the weather looking promising Fouter and I shoved our bags into the car and left for Elie mid morning. Fouter is an excellent traveller and just curls up in the boot and enjoys a wee sleep.

Keen to have a walk when we arrived, we headed down to the almost deserted beach where Fouter had a great time with his ball. We made it along to the harbour without getting too wet.

It was obvious that the small boats had already been taken from the water to their winter homes. The notice on the harbour master's office let us know that these fine, larger yachts are being craned out on Monday morning ...... always worth seeing.
