Go On…

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

The whole clan went for a family lunch today as it’s Mary Doll’s birthday on Wednesday.

Recently, The Eldest Mini Princess told us that her best friend, Rosie, has messaged to say she was running late for coming round as one of her flatmates, Pierre, had pooed himself….which turned out to be true and not an excuse!

Whilst her flatmate sorted himself out, Rosie had stripped his bed and scrubbed the mattress. Having gone over and above, she headed off with an entertaining story for her friends.

Except it continued…later that day, Rosie’s other flatmate, Ally, cooked his dinner and cleaned up. But Pierre had accidentally put the scourer Rosie used in the kitchen and Ally had used it to wash the dishes!

Which is obviously grim. Now, back to the clan lunch. “Tell Granny the scourer story,” YMP said to EMP with a deceptively innocent face and because Mary Doll won’t let anything go (if she thinks there’s something she doesn’t know), poor EMP had no choice.

The look of horror, which only worsened when Mary Doll then retold the story (without humour) to the other half of the table and all I could see were grimaces!

It was so funny! YMP just dropped the bomb and sat back. Genius.
