A trip to Japan

It was quilting group this morning in the neighbouring village and I was all prepared to crack on with the ‘Japan’ quilt. 

I quickly got set up and grabbed a coffee ready to go. It was good to be in this sort of environment, a reminder if the days in Lincolnshire and all my quilting friends, I do miss them and the motivation that they provided.

Working with the fabric which I purchased in Japan brought back super memories of the visits that we’ve made to the country and the last big holiday that we spent there in 2019. 

Home for a rest, then making the most of the sunny afternoon worked in the garden.
