Rocky retread

I had a bit of play in the garden with Rocky the cat this afternoon as the light was beginning to fade. He was chasing a tennis ball but, of course, being a cat, retrieving the ball is not part of the game. The photo is of him taking a breather on an old tyre that we have had in the garden for so long I can't remember at all how we came by it. It certainly wouldn't fit any of our cars. I think the plan was to turn it into some kind of planter  - a sort of horticultural retread - but that hasn't happened. The weather has been chilly but mainly dry so I was able to fit in a couple of runs to the tip with the garden waste sacks.
