A cool start

I had to be in Craignure by 8.15am to collect our organic fruit and veg orders and I was horrified to find that it seemed barely light when the alarm went off! However, by the time I was ready to leave home the sun was well on its way rising above the horizon and I had an enjoyable drive. At Aros Bridge the view in front of me made me gasp and I just had to stop and take a photo of the mist rising from the sea and the beautiful light bathing the scene in front of me.
Nick and I both had appointments for our flu vaccinations in the early afternoon so we had to head over to Tobermory. The road was unusually busy, many of the vehicles doing a recce in preparation for the Mull Car Rally which starts tomorrow evening. I think one or two of them thought that they were already competing in the rally!
