Eyes Wide Shut

I had my annual eye check at the hospital this morning. I hate those drops but needs must. I took two images during my visit, both were long exposures with minimal blending with a 'live off' shot. Couldn't decide which to Blip so I have added an extra. The brightness of both images gives to a feeling what I'm seeing at the moment.

As most Blippers will be aware there was a wonderful light show last night. I have added my effort using my phone onto yesterday's Blip as an extra. I have seen it in Scotland, Iceland and Alaska but I can say what I saw from my front door last night was one of the best I have seen. I wonder if those flying at night got to see it clearly?
