Wrong Bird!

A day spent mostly around home except to collect some cushions we had refoamed as Mrs BB wasn't happy with them keeping shape when I got up! Hopefully I can sit on the new cushions without being admonished!

I had some work in the meadow spraying weed killer, before putting the ground cover sown and wood chips. A nicer job was planting a two feet tall oak tree that started growing from an acorn in our flower bed.  I wonder if it'll grow to be old and gnarled and will I be around to see it?

In my blipfoto the pheasant flew up on to one of our bird feeders - not the type of bird I intended feeding but good to see the cheeky thing anyway!
