Pantiles

After working in the morning I set off to Tunbridge Wells for my follow up appointment re my foot. Predictably the foot was almost pain free today but the MRI does show some issues so I agreed with the consultant that I would ramp up the exercise this coming week and we would then decide whether a steroid injection was needed.
Afterwards we went to the pantiles for a while as I haven’t been there in years. All very twee.
