This is the day

Where did you get that hat?

My photo of Warner’s Path was taken on a brisk solo walk because I missed out when Smithers walked to the Broadway, having been on the phone to my oldest friend at the time.

I’ve had a good day today, and am feeling positive about the tasks ahead of me. I can’t promise to stay this way, but it’s a good place to be at the moment!

Four Christmas cards have now been designed for sale in the Atrium and online, leaving me with just three more designs to come up with; one for the personal use of our Vicar and his wife, one for the personal use of Smithers and his wife and one for the guests who come to our monthly ‘Vintage Tea’ afternoons in the Atrium to enjoy each other’s company while listening to musical entertainment and consuming cups of tea and home made cakes. Once the designs are in the bag, printing the cards is relatively easy for me.

When our daughter-in-law came for lunch yesterday she inadvertently left something behind at our house so I took it round to their house later on. I arrived to find our two youngest granddaughters sitting on the lounge floor surrounded by all their dolls and various items of dolls’ clothing, shoes and accessories. Little H, the younger of the two, was putting a cardigan on her doll. She solemnly informed me that her doll needed a hat.

I wonder if my fellow blippers can guess what else I’ve been doing today? ;-)
