Fungi colony

A lovely sunny, fresh morning.  It's been a busy day.  Quick town shop.  Back home just before lunch to run vacuum cleaner round living room, hall and kitchen.  A quick tidy up before taking the hound for a walk.

At 4.15 the estate agent, Beth arrived and shortly after the 'viewer'.  Mr stayed out in the garden with the hound.  I let Beth show the viewer round.  The viewer said the house had lots of character.  I wonder if that's a euphemism for our quirks.  The viewer then went to view the other house for sale with the same agent in our road.

We'll have to see what happens next.  There is a theory that potential buyers are waiting for the budget before making decisions.
