Scary leaf

There was a very scary leaf stuck on the log.
With a bit of encouragement Dina caught it and brought it back to the edge of the river. So brave.
The stones are still standing.
Had an appointment with the physio who sorted my ankle out a few years ago. I've had a pain in my wrist which has gradually got worse over the last few months. I was convinced it was arthritis, but after a full history and examination she said I do have moderate osteoarthritis of the wrist but the pain was coming from my neck.
Treatment started, homework to do and follow up appointments booked.
