I had my fringe cut which my hairdresser does free of charge - to stop people taking their scissors into their own hands - then home via Waitrose and the chemist's. JH came round in the afternoon for a coffee and a blether and it was good to catch up as we hadn't seen each other for a few weeks. And her coming round got me to do some more vacuuming which was a bonus.
