The "Almost" Quilt

Missy Ann had heard about the "Quilts Of Valor" program that provides quilts to veterans in need, most of whom are homeless.   
   She decided to make a quilt to donate to the cause and purchased the material needed to begin the process.  After stitching together all the pieces to make the top she learned that the charity had very specific dementions required to be met for the title of Quilt Of Honor to be confered on a donation.  
   So now we have a cozy quilt with stars and stripes all over it.  But it doesn't have a fancy name.
