Bad Chimney

Had a busy day today following yesterdays big earthquake. We really had very little damage in Blenheim. This was my worst house with the ancient unused chimney parting at the top and 1 brick landed on the ground. The vast majority have no damage at all. But the owners who live away see the news and think its much worse- so emails and phone have been hot. Some want extra inspections, but Im not sure how I will fit that into my timetable as quickly as they would like :-( so I will do the best I can.:-) .
