I rarely use the worksheet. There's a few bits of language I'm not keen on but mostly sitting down and writing is generally a major turn off for most kids if we're in a space to be doing this.
But the questions/process are great.
Much more a fan of a walk and talk. Or jobs together. Which were both very productive in this instance.

However, my patience to do the process with an adult when really I just wanna say "give your head a wobble" is limited so out comes the worksheet!
