Saturday Walk

Todays 4,5 km medidative walk took me almost three hours. At least one hour was spent at the Kranichwoog tower (as long as I had it to myself).

I couldn't wait to get out of the house and I did much earlier than usual (just before noon, usually it's the late afternoon). It was still rather misty in the Kranichwoog area, but later there was sun between the trees.
It felt so good to be outside!

Two extras - the colourful berries and the green grass/moss were nice contrasts. The grass/moss was so much greener than it appears in my blips.

My knee now says many thanks to Ibuprofen (and so do I).
