Onward and Upward

Today’s loaf, despite my misgivings, was better. Just about edible Dense in places and with some really large holes, so I think my home grown starter is OK. I may give it another go before reverting to my old recipe.
I’ve managed to get some paperwork done today that I’ve been putting off, so pleased to have got that out of the way.
